Uses

Topical silver sulfadiazine (SSD) is labeled for topical prophylaxis and treatment of second- and third-degree burns. In veterinary medicine， it can be useful in treating localized bacterial skin infections， particularly those caused by Pseudomonas spp.

Possible Side Effects
